MEET BRIAN
A decade-plus in real estate marketing — from brokerage to owner-operator — and I’ve run every part of the stack from both seats.
I’m currently Marketing Director at Goldfarb Properties, an owner/operator with 7,200+ multifamily units and over 1M sq ft of commercial space. Before that, I worked across digital marketing, and earlier-stage CRE environments, moving between teams focused on brand, leasing, and portfolio growth.
Across those roles, the work has centered less on titles and more on the same challenge: connecting brand, performance, CRM, and communications into systems that actually work once they meet real teams and real assets. That’s where most of my focus sits today — building marketing systems that can be understood, adopted, and operated in the real world, and translating complexity into something teams can actually run.
