ABOUT
A decade-plus in real estate marketing — from brokerage to owner-operator — and I’ve run every part of the stack from both seats.
Currently Marketing Director at Goldfarb Properties, an owner/operator with 7,200+ multifamily units and 1M+ sq ft of commercial space. Previously digital marketing at Blackstone's Beam Living (StuyTown / Peter Cooper Village), brokerage marketing at Citi Habitats, and full-scale CRE marketing at Eastern Consolidated.
I've led brand and creative direction, paid acquisition, content and social, PR and reputation, and the CRM/web/MarTech stack that ties it together. First-of-kind CRMs. Resident apps. New revenue lines from proptech to short-term rentals. The throughline: bring clarity to complexity, structure to storytelling.
