MEET BRIAN
A decade-plus in real estate marketing — from a brokerage start to owner-operator.
I’m currently Marketing Director at Goldfarb Properties, an owner/operator with 7,200+ multifamily units and over 1M sq ft of commercial space. Before that, I ran digital strategy at Citi Habitats and performance marketing at Blackstone's Beam Living.
Brokerage and operating are two different games. One taught me how to move a building; the other taught me what happens to it for the next decade. Across those roles, the work has centered less on titles and more on the same challenge: connecting brand, performance, CRM, and communications into systems that actually work once they meet real teams and real assets.
